I can hardly believe it’s been over a month since my amazing launch party for The Watchers at Flyleaf Books in Chapel Hill, NC! The turnout was incredible—family and friends from all parts of my life came out to support me, along with a few strangers. I’ve never felt so much like a “real” author as I did signing my books, in paperback and hardcover! I was most nervous about the talk—normally I perform with an instrument or conductor’s baton in my hand—but the friendly audience made me feel comfortable quickly, and I’m really happy with the outcome, which Flyleaf posted on YouTube if you’re interested.
